Semotus PMS was established in August 2022 in the RAKEZ free zone, Ras Al Khaimah, and is part of the Reynolds Group — a logistics and transport business operating throughout Ireland and the UK. Semotus also oversees the group's outsourcing operation in Poland.
That means the advice you get is not theoretical. It comes from a group that runs fuel and bulk transport operations at scale, for customers who do not tolerate surprises.

Discovering your needs
You give us your staffing requirements and complete a job and behavioural assessment, then meet our lead recruiters to talk through the role and the timeline. Once terms are agreed, a deposit secures the search and is credited against your first invoice after a successful hire.
Spreading the word
We post the role and search our talent pool of over 200,000 candidates. We approach people actively looking, and people who are a strong fit but not currently looking — who are often the better hire.
Narrowing the field
